Our company provides the servicing and maintenance by means of its own technicians and software engineers on the whole territory of the Czech Republic 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
We provide the maintenance depending on the nature and emergency of the trouble by three different proceedings:

- intervention of our technician on the spot

To ensure the long term functionality of our site controllers and point of sale systems we offer regular check-ups, periodical SW updates and staff training on new features. Smooth functioning needs continuous supervisory servicing and fast onsets in guaranteed periods of time. Therefore we offer several variants of the servicing and maintenance contracts.
Maintenance and Supervisory Service
Maintenance and Supervisory Service is the way to guaranteed onset for maintenance in set-up deadlines, lower costs of the servicing, the hot-line free of charge. The Supervisory Service Gold is guaranteed 24 hours a day, Supervisory Service Silver ensures the maintenance and assistance from 7 am to 7 pm, and without service and maintenance contract the assistance is provided only on week-days. It is also possible to arrange the Supervisory Service as a package together with the SW Assistance.

Supervisory Service Gold comprises in addition to the Silver Service:

Assistance programmes are the way to the direct long-term cooperation with the software producer. They will ensure the SW functionality, regular updating free of charge, guaranteed deadline for disposing of the consumer request, free consultations, lower costs of the servicing, possibility of the incorporation of minor requests into the follow-up SW versions and the user-specific development.
