Solutions for Oil Management

We can design and build high quality oil management system. Oil management is the technological set ensuring safe and environment friendly storage of oils as well as their racking, dispensing, dosing by volume and suction if needed.

New oils are usually stored in the steel tanks, containers or barrels. They are racked by the air or electric pumps and piped out to the filling point. The filling point consists of one or more hose reels with nozzle(s). Used-up oil is sucked off to the special tank for the used-up oils.

Controlled dispensing of oils is provided by the outdoor payment terminal unit that also ensures the exact dosing, recording, evidence and transfer of the data for further processing. Data could be transferred to the information system of the operator. Further information on monitoring can be found on the site of tankomats.

We are happy to provide you with more detailed information on the technology for storage and racking of oils if requested. We supply both air and electric pumps, oil barrels or containers, hose reels with hose(s) and nozzle(s), forced-feed lubricators and other equipment.
