The system is operated by the Windows XP Pro or Win 2000 Pro platform and uses high quality data base SQL server InterBase. If required, the data server can be also operated by the Linux server.

Data Safety
The system was designed in a way to prevent maximally the unauthorised manipulation with the data and to the damages caused by the human error (operators error). System provides the unlimited possibility for the data reconstruction, precise evidence of all operations, and the history of all changes is always preserved.
Default setting can always be found and eventually restored. This prevents the unauthorized data manipulation or their involuntary deletion/erasing.

Central Office
Central Office can be created to control larger amount (or a chain) of refilling stations or to provide the remote control of unattended refilling stations. The Central Office will manage and control your refilling stations 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from one single location.

Cashier
One of the foundations of the refilling station is well functioning cash management system. The Cashier System of Centros is designed so that it is easy to handle and transparent to the maximum extent.
All frequently used operations are accessible at one touch button. The user friendly interface leads the attendant to work fast and effectively.
Cashier System provides the sale of goods, return of goods and entry or issue of cash.
All the above mentioned operations are carefuly filed together with the name of the user (user identification) throughout a workshift and they are always reviewable. It is evident, that this Cashier System ensures the evidence of the shiftwork and the continuous projection of the current status of dispensers, in addition an acoustic signal can give notice to the attendants regarding the change of the status of a dispenser. The work can also be accelerated by using the bar code readers that rules out the use of the keyboard for the authorization of the discharging.

BackOffice
The core of the whole system is the office module BackOffice. It will bring you absolutely precise evidence on the course of all events at the refilling station and full controll of all realized operations and therefore it forms the solid and reliable background of the whole refilling station.
One single and well-transparent menu of the module takes care of all activities. All data are available through registers that can be easily searched through and also allow efficient filtering according to the preset criteria. All registers have similar appearance and use the identical ways of the operation. This all facilitates the work and accelerates the training (shortens the necessary training). Moreover, you can also use the help menu guide that leads the user step by step by advising what to do next. The guide will divide the complex activity to the follow up of simple and single steps. The user is not required to find his way through himself and therfore he cannot make mistakes and does not loose his time.
Centros System manages the contact database containing data on suppliers, customers and contractual partners.
