LevelMaster
Electronic Gauging
This system of the Electronic Gauging - the LevelMaster - offers more than any ordinary measuring system in terms of the tank controlling:
- Continuous control of the liquid level + continuous gauging
- Optimum planning of the filling
- Signalling the minimum and/or the maximum liquid level
Principle of the Measurement
Hydrostatic pressure of the product
The hydrostatic pressure sensor is installed to the deepest point of the tank. The shape and dimensions of the tank, product density and the measured pressure provide the input for the calculation of the volume of the content. All these data can be shown on the display.
Measured Products
Petrols, diesel, fuel oil, engine, gear and hydraulic oils, cutting or cooling oil and similar mixtures, acids and caustics (i.e. hydroxides).
Use
Controlling of the tank of up to 10 meters of the diameter (or the height) and for tanks up to 999.999 litres.
Variants
- Standard: for up to 8 tanks
- With additional blocks: up to 99 tanks
You can preset two signalling markers, for the minimum and the maximum liquid level, for each tank. When the first (minimum) marker is reached, the sound is played and the LevelMaster display shows the warning message. Simultaneously, a warning horn can be activated. In case that the LevelMaster is connected to the computer a warning message on the alarm activation appears on the screen.
Data sheets indicating the volume changes inside the tank(s) provide the basis for the optimum planning of the filling. Therefore, any unplanned filling can be identified immediately.
LevelMaster is an important quality control tool certified by the ISO certificate.
