Technology for Petrol, Diesel and Oils
Quitec enterprise is the Czech producer of the electronics and site controllers for fuel refilling stations. The company has been operating on the Czech market since 1995.

Tankomat accepting bank cards
New product made by Quitec this year - Titan tankomat (OPT) - offers the possibility of fully unattended refilling and payment by credit cards Visa, Eurocard and Mastercard directly at the dispenser. The tankomat also accepts radiofrequency cards or barcode cards that can effectuate the purchase for the contract agents on credit or ensure lump-sum discounts or provide loyalty bonuses. OPT Titan will find its application especially at modern, fully unattended, public refilling stations or as a supplement to the classical refilling stations with the operation personel. Tankomat Titan is designed for fully unattended refilling stations and is usually delivered as the stand-alone installation containing the complete site controlling system and is fully autonomous. Data are transferred to the headquarters of the operator via modem or the permanent communication line. On the contrary, the OPT installed at the classical refilling station does not contain the site controlling system and is connected to the existing cashier system of the kiosk.
The attractive possibility for investment opens up thanks to the tankomat Titan as the construction of the refilling station or of a network of refilling station has never been easier. Modern, fully unattended refilling station can work without kiosk, sewerage, water supply and its building is manifold less expensive in comparison to the costs of building the conventional refilling station; this means rapid return of the investment. Despite the fact that the net of the refilling stations is already quite dense, building unattended refilling station five times less expensive is definitely a business advantage allowing the predatory pricing.
How to operate OPT Titan? Easily! A customer insterts his credit card first and then follows instructions on the display of the terminal. All you need is to choose the maximum price of the refilling, insert your PIN code and wait for the authorisation by the bank. The requested financial amount is put on hold at the account of the customer till the moment of the final clearance. The customer also selects whether he will require the receipt or not and then he is invited to start the refilling. While filling the customer refills either the needed amount or he completely runs out of the credit that is equal to the amount put on hold. However, in every case, the billed amount is the one exactly corresponding to the discharged amount. If a receipt has been requested, it will be printed after the final clearance automatically.
Technology for the discharging of oils and of the diesel
Quitec enterprise became the exclusive distributor of products of the French company Usines de Rumacourt. This company is one of the most renowned producers of the thechology for discharging diesel and oils. The impulse for this cooperation was a request of our customers, the authorized service stations, to provide them with high quality technology for storage and dispensing of the diesel. The sortiment of Usines de Rumacourt available in the Czech republic comprises efficient pumps for oil, flowmeters, hose reels, nozzles as well as pumps for diesel and diesel discharging sets, various types of hoses and other peripherals.
The pumps for diesel are supplied in the wide range of output parametres from 40 up to 120 litres per minute with the power supply variant of 12, 24 or 230 V. The diesel discharging sets are available in a variety of options - from a simple set composed of the mechanical flowmeter up to electronically controlled discharging automats allowing the discharge after the entering the customers code. The discharge of the diesel and of oils is provided from the barrels or from fixed storage tanks. Quitec provides not only the distribution of the technology in the Czech Republic, but also its servicing and maintenance.
Electronic gauging and repumping of fuels
Quitec enterprise has added technology for the determination of the liquid level - Level Master - made by the German company Horn, to its product portfolio. The LevelMaster unit is able to determine the liquid level in up to eight tanks and works on the principle of the hydrostatic pressure measurement or via the ultrasonic probes installed at the bottom of the tank. The pilot measurement in the oil and diesel tanks provide the very cheap hydrostatic probes, gauging and temperature measurement in the petrol tank ensures more accurate ultrasonic probe. The liquid levels are evaluated and represented on the display of the LevelMaster, they can also be transferred to the cashier system or to the CentralOffice of the operator via modem. This affordable determination of the liquid level by the LevelMaster will find its application especially at smaller public or at all kinds of the on-site refilling stations and eventually at the service stations and in the oil stores.
Quitec has also developed its own electronics for the continuous gauging in the tanks and for the controlling the repumping among tanks. The measuring unit LevelControl is destined for the pilot measurement of the liquid level in up to three tanks and consequently, on the basis of the preset parameters direct repumping among those tanks. This device will ensure, that refilling stations that store the particular product in several tanks can gradually replenish this product to the dispensing tank. This LevelControl unit has been developed especially for the owners of a larger amount of the plastic tanks Titan Eko, but can be successfully used in other activities.
Master Console for dispensers
Other prominent customer group of Quitec is composed of both Czech and foreign producers of the LPG dispensers that Quitec supplies with its electronic calculators. The dispensers for LPG are frequently installed at the existing refilling station as a complement to the dispensing of petrols and diesel, whereas the owner of the technology and of the LPG is usually other subject than the operator of the refilling station. Therefore, the sales of the LPG are monitored separately from other products. Namely for this purpose - separated monitoring - and for the stand-alone LPG refilling stations has Quitec developed small Master Console for the easy controlling of the LPG dispensers. The Console communicates directly with the dispenser and provides the sale of the executed refilling, receipt printing on the connected printer, price altering and vacation of the dispenser as well as printing of the daily balance.
