The project for application of the building permission is the outcome of the first stage of our cooperation with you. Once the permission is discussed and granted we can proceed to the actual construction. However, if a client prefers to take care of the application process himself and/or provide the preparatory constructions as well, he can do it, if he decides to do so. Our specialsts then take care of special tasks, i.e. the building of the handling area that is isolated to prevent leakage of fuels and fuel oils. Afterwards follows the delivery and set up of the equipment and of peripherals. Further steps comprise the site controller installation, tests, revisions and the final inspection. Finally, we pass the fully operational product to you.
Reconstruction at Minimum Costs
Many refilling stations are out-dated and on the top of it they usually do not comply with current regulations, but it would be a pity to simply close them down and disestablish them. In such cases we provide experts for the site-inspection to provide the analysis of the situation. Consequently we propose the measures to be made and prepare the costing.
The usual procedure consists of the cleaning the tanks, fitting them with inserts, introducing the double jacketing to the piping, re-adjustment of the wiring system, reconstruction or replacement of old fuel dispensers and finally, the supply the site controlling system. Still, the costs of the reconstruction or the modernisation of the refilling station are much lower than the costs for building a new one!
