Electronic Head of the Dispenser
The most problematic part the old mechanical dispenser is not its hydraulic part (i.e. pump or meter) but the part of the mechanical calculator. Its cog-wheeled system is unreliable in the case of the high gear due to the current high prices for fuels. To provide their functionality a flow rate of the product has to be reduced.
Elegant solution is the Electronic Head of the dispenser furnished by the Quitec electroniíc calculator.It is designed for fitting onto the old mechanical dispenser to replace the mechanical calculator. This modern electronic device brings not only a modern shape to the dispenser, but also allows user functions due to the backlighted display with the price indicator, quantity and the unit price. The Head can be also fitted with the preselection keyboard to select the product quantity and the price. Demanding customers may get temperature compensation and thereby eliminate the volume expansion (as a function of the temperature) of dispensed products.
Attendants Console
It is displeasant to walk between dispensers in winter or rainy days, collect cash from customers and unblock dispensers manually. Modern and affordable solution is the placement of the electronic controlling board, i.e. Console, into the attendant`s kiosk.
The electronic console provides the comfort in the management of dispensers at refilling stations. The Console is installed into the kiosk and enables the easy management of dispensing from all connected dispensers, printing receipts for the customer, altering prices of products and setting parameters of dispensers. The Console monitors and records every discharging and at the end of the day it will print the daily evidence sheets regarding the quantity of the products and received cash. The Console is destined to operate up to eight dispensers equipped with the calculator Quitec and its main asset is the easy handling.
Tankomat (OPT)
The on-site refilling station must ensure the continuous refilling of fuels 24 hours a day a the first place. Another important requirement is the need for precise and well transparent evidence of any discharging and monitoring of the use of the local credits of contractual partners. Neither the pumpman with the evidence coupon book and a pencil nor the key drive dispenser cannot fulfill those requirements.
Ideal solution for on-site refilling staion is the unattended tankomat Quitec known under the registered trademark Tankomat. The device ensures the unattended discharging of fuels, LPG and industrial fluids. The direct evidence rules out the human factor, prevents uncontrolled draw off and thereby it significantly decreases fuel costs.
